La Granja Ibiza.A 200 year-old farmhouse transformed into a Design Hotels™ Project.
Ibiza is set to be as the ideal destination for parties and clubbing.
However the island combines retreats for wellness experiences to nourish the body, mind and soul. One of them is the La Granja, a farmhouse restored by the Dreimeta architecture agency which has converted a 200-year old farmhouse into a warm nine-room gem.
La Granja is a members-only retreat launched in collaboration with Friends of a Farmer, an international association devoted to the cultivation of art, crops and inner gardens.
Marked by classical Iberian architecture and traces of Moorish influences, the public spaces, nine guestrooms and freestanding guesthouse feature arched walls and dark-wood beamed ceilings and doors, accented by hammered iron doorknobs and fixtures. Communal spaces, including the kitchen and pool, bring likeminded guests together, while cozy nooks are found inside and out for moments of simple solitude.
The guestrooms vary in size and are distinguished to the Intimate Rooms, the Garden and Terrace Rooms, a Suite and the Guesthouse.
Each one of them is outfitted with a luxury bed and materials of burnt wood, brushed and oiled ash, wood, stone and slate.

The Farmer’s Table :
Meals at La Granja are served family style at large communal tables, where guests can enjoy the farm’s bounty in communion. This preserves the integrity of the ingredients and provides greater flexibility, allowing guests to build their own plates according to taste.
